AK Plastering (Popcorn Ceiling/Stucco Removal)

I hired Asad to do a popcorn ceiling removal job. He did a good job. Very little mess removing the popcorn, and clean up was satisfying. I would used his service again and I would recommend his service to anyone looking to get their popcorn texture removed from the ceiling and plastering

Hired Asad to mud, tape, sand and prime the ceiling and a few walls in our great room. He was amazing! He was able to fit us into his schedule quickly and did an amazing professional job. The ceiling must have been difficult as it was not perfect but when Asad was finished it looked perfect. Cant express how happy I am with Asad and his service. I will definitely hire him again.

Asad and his team were excellent! They dry-walled our 1100 sq ft basement in 2 days and taped and primed in 3.5 days. They did an incredible job! Asad is super responsive and just an all around good guy (not easy to come by in this field!). I would 100% use him again and recommend him to others. Thank you Asad and team!

From despair to delight...

Demoing a 46 year old kitchen revealed a wall a large portion of which suffered significant water damage resulting in disintegration, swelling and significant uneveness.

AK Plastering came in and within 6 hours the wall was ready to receive new cabinets. The cabinets went in square and a 10 foot countertop slid in without issue. The installer was very impressed with quality of plastering and I was delighted.

Asad was great from the beginning. He fixed lots of drywall plastering and paint that previous contractor messed up. He came every day on time and he is honest with good prices.

Extremely happy with the services, everything was done on time and as agreed. Asad is very easy to work with. During the job a few extra items poped up and was dealt with at the same time for a reasonable price.

I requested quotes from 3 companies. Asad was the first to respond and the only one who offered to come in person to see the job and give a quote. He and his colleague were very neat in their work. They took care to protect my house from the dust that was created by removing the textured ceiling. They did a very smooth job on the ceiling and the painting was very neat and well done. They even cleaned up the dusty footprints that were on my front porch and driveway. I am very pleased with the quality their work.

Asad and his team are very professional and did such a great job with our house. We had our popcorn ceilings removed- it was done quickly and cleaned up well and our ceilings are so nice and smooth. We also had our old wall paper removed- even with very high ceilings, Asad and his team were able to properly remove everything and make sure the walls were smooth. We also had a bar removed (with drywalling and floor installation needed in that area), a doorway made smaller to become standard size, door installed, drywalling and wall repair in several areas of the house. Everything was done very well and it was nice to not have to find multiple contractors for these items. Asad and his tea moved furniture and cover everything properly. They have been very accomodating of me and my young children being home while the work is being done. We are about half through getting our whole house painted with Asad and have no regrets. I will definitely be contacting AK plastering in the future!
