Atlas Designs

At the beginning of my project I contacted several designers to get estimates on drawings for our home-based food premise renovations and the Atlas Design team was the first to call back and complete a site in a very quick time frame.

After our initial conversation, it felt natural to move ahead with their services. Their punctuality made the process of obtaining a building permit very quick and seamless. Revisions were done on a same-day basis.

I would highly recommend working with the Atlas Design team if you are looking for transparency, great communication, and punctuality.

Assisted us with obtaining permit within few weeks for a below grade entrance. fast turn around and approved quickly.

My experience with Atlas Designs has been nothing but exceptional. The Lead Architect was friendly, professional and accomidating. I requested some revisions after the initial drawings were issued, and the revisions were completed quickly and to code.

We highly recommend Atlas Designs! I really appreciated that Atlas was upfront and honest about their pricing. I did not find this to be the case with many of their competitors (many of whom charged hourly and were unable to confirm the total number of hours required for our project). We were able to book a site visit quickly and obtain our permits shortly thereafter. We did have a number of follow up questions and Atlas always responded to us promptly and helped us through the entire process. We are very happy to have found Atlas Designs for this project.
