He and his guys came out and did a great job start to finish.
Communication was awesome and numbers were on point.

They were clean and the rest of my house wasn’t impacted so I could function as they worked.

The washroom and kitchen look amazing and the tile work is perfect.
I was worried because of covid but these guys were safe and wore masks all the time.

We worked with CMY Renovations for a full reno project on our townhouse. We were on an extremely tight deadline, we were moving out of our apartment and had a baby on the way. The entire project took less than 6 weeks and was actually finished one day earlier than estimated.

CMY was very professional throughout the project, easy to communicate with and had excellent project planning as there was no time to waste.

We are so happy with the work Colton and his amazing tradespeople completed on our basement renovation. Colton took great care to make sure everything was done perfectly. He scheduled over thirty tradespeople to do the work. All were highly skilled perfectionists. He was always available to answer any questions we had and used his extensive experience to walk us through the process. Everything was done on time and we really appreciated his great ideas and how he tried to save us money. We enthusiastically would recommend Colton. We are seniors who are getting to the point where we are not going to be able to do all the work around our property. CMY was highly recommended by a neighbour for an interior repair/reno. Colton's response and follow-up was quick, and professional. I appreciated the thorough inspection, explaining the work and options to consider prior to the contract. The work was excellent. Communication and scheduling during the job was great despite a few challanges we gave him. They were also very reasonable and helpful for extra work we requested while on site. We purchased a new home in 2021 the bathroom was in rough shape and needed a full redue. We had to move a window and upgrade plumbing. Colton from CMY Renovation was able to help us out. He very knowledgeable and great to work with. We were provided a 3D model from his design team which was very helpful to visualize.
