This was quite the renovation. AJ provided his expertise in addressing our concerns about a leaking and questionably constructed roof. He answered our many questions and helped us make the best decision for this 4 season cottage. His team completed the work promptly. We are very happy with the result and truly believe this was a worthwhile investment in the property.

Outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommend without reservation. Roof was damaged after recent storm. Contacted the company and they answered straight away. Office staff are truly pleasant and responsive. AJ was over quickly, did the necessary emergency repair and provided a quote within days for the work that needed to be done. The quote was complete with pictures and detailed analysis which allowed the insurance company to easily make an informed decision. The crew that did the work were amazing. They were all very nice folk. They took great care in their work including laying out many tarps to catch debris etc. The work was completed in two days and when they left the place
was spotless. They were always on time and kept us fully informed through the process. You will not find a more professional group of people.

We were looking to have our roof re-shingled after our original roof had a leak and some shingles were beginning to curl.
AJ and his crew were extremely professional and friendly. It was very easy to communicate with them through either phone, email, or text and they were very accommodating around our schedule.
They went into great detail and answered all my questions when providing the estimate. They explained the whole process so I knew exactly what to expect and when. The whole job went smoothly from delivery, to demo, to shingling. They documented excellent photos before, during, and after and did an amazing clean up. They left all the areas around the house completely spotless, and this was very important for me because of our dogs.
I would absolutely recommend them for any work you need done.

They came within 45mins of my call, provided me with full explanations before and after the repair and even fixed a previous repair on my neighbours side that could have caused me issues in the future. And to top it all off, the gentleman who came gave my dog the biggest hugs and scratches. For that, they deserve 6/5 stars. It was all around friendly and professional service and have no hesitation recommending them.

The wind had damaged a portion of our ashphalt roof covering. Called, within a few hours the same day a tech was on our roof to repair the damage. Pictures sent to us before and after. Thanks for the great job, fast service, highly recommended!

Had lost approximately 12 shingles during a wind storm and had contacted many companies to fix it before the rain expected at night. Flagship roofing was the only company who guaranteed fixing it same day and were very prompt. The person came and replaced the missing shingles with new ones and fixed the other ones I had not mentioned as well. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem with the roof with detailed photos for insurance purposes. Certainly went above and beyond in fixing the issue and their prices were very competitive as well. Would certainly recommend flagship roofing!

The job was performed within the quote, work was done in a day and they left the site spotless afterwards. The shingles look to be of high quality and are made in Canada, a feature I appreciate.
