Drain Domain

We had a leak in the connection between our dishwasher’s drain hose and the main drain plus a leak in the trap. Bill came out from Drain Domain. He quickly assessed the situation, left to buy a couple of parts and, on return, quickly and efficiently completed the repair. He also stayed to ensure the leaks were repaired. Of note, he was masked and told us he was fully vaccinated including a booster.

Floor drain had water backing up to the floor.

Bill was very punctual with a same day appointment.
He was very experienced and solved our problem in half an hour.
He stayed for another 30 minutes to thoroughly test our basement and main floor's kitchen sinks to ensure that the clog was indeed cleared.
It turned out to be grease clog for over 30 feet from the floor drain.

The technician showed up on time ,he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dignoitced my problem within 1 hour of being on site. He found a broken drain out side my house and showed me on the camera , he advised me the drain needed to be fixed A S.A.P. The next morning the technician and his crew were at my house fixing the problem .I would highly recommend this team of professionals for any drainage problem that may occur .
