Very professional

Aurora

Like many of your reviews was a little skeptical with the door knock sales. NDS exceeded my expectations as very professional and client centric. Great communication through the process, was in and out in 2-hours and cleaned up afterwards. Looking forward to a cooler summer on our second floor.

You don’t have to fear door-to-door sales

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Courtice

I NEVER talk to door-to-door sakes people. Lucky for me that I happened to be looking for attic insulation when NDS came by.

Everyone was prompt and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly (but not too quick) and they didnt leave any Jess behind.

We ended up having our mold issue readdressed since the last clowns clearly didnt do much. Everything looks good.

My only concern was that the sales person misled us a bit. I said that I wanted all the mold and stains removed completely. I told them about how he last jerks screwed us over. He understood and agreed it would virtually look like new. During the first visit he said they would sand off all the stains, then on the work order It listed scrape. When the technicians arrived they told me that do neither. I was immediately upset and assumed the worst. I will acknowledge that it looks really good. Not like new, but I respect the honesty and explanation of the technician, and must admit that despite being misled initially, I am satisfied with the end result.
