Ruby Painters

1. Tried to have me sign a contract that omitted crucial items.
2. Told me primer and two coats would cover an orange wall but it didn't
and then they tried to charge me extra.
3. A major job was removing wallpaper from one wall, applying a skim coat and painting. On "Final Inspection", they had simply painted over the wallpaper and glue debris. Three days later they applied a skim coat
but left a large line in the middle that they neglected to sand. Then they refused to fix it.
4. They were very messy. Lines were not straight. Paint dripped in numerous places. The dripped paint on on a very expensive light fixture and damaged the finished when they removed the paint.
5. They promised to remove some silicone near the shower glass and paint but subsequently declined to complete.
6. They made up excuses instead of rectifying the deficiencies.
7. At the end they promised to rectify their deficiencies on April 27, 2022.
Instead of completing the job, they threatened to put a lien on my property.

We were very happy with the work that ruby Painters did in our house. It was a full house painting and stain our stair . The work done was fastastic and we were really happy with The painters. They were very tidy and meticulous in all they did. Also they were really polite, friendly and nothing was a problem for them. We're going to have them back to paint outside.

Ruby painting and construction was great to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I made a mistake with the finish and Osman made it right. I also ordered new cabinet knobs and they didn’t fit on the cabinets they were either to short or to long ,and the customer was expected to cut them. What a mess. Osman got the correct ones. And they look amazing. They went above and beyond what was expected. They look fantastic. I will recommend them to everyone.

Amazing service from start to finish, high attention to detail and great work ethic from the team. From contact to completion was less than a week for a full internal house paint (small house!). The crew were really friendly, polite and positive!

Ruby painters did an excellent job of painting the house and the wall unit. We made quite a few changes along the way and they were highly flexible. They were highly professional, Always willing to suggest best option/ solution for our changing requirements. Bita and Osman were very nice and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
