This company exceeded my expectations and blew me away with their workmanship.
I reached out on HomeStars to find a company to fix a leaky basement. I just moved from a newer built home to a much older home in Etobicoke.
I never experienced a leaking basement until now. The first company to reach out to me within minutes was PRYDE CORP. I spoke with Andrii who was the best. He was efficient, personable and honest. After a few other companies gave me quotes and suggestions what I should do I found Andriis quote the lowest and I just felt comfortable dealing with him. He gave quotes for the leaky basement plus all other work I was thinking about doing in the future and what his recommendations were. He did not try upselling or scaring me into things not needed. He showed up at my home at the time he said with an entire crew. Let me tell you the team was very polite and respectful to me my family and my home. Shout out to Nick I was speaking to him and picking his brain about future proofing my home and he was very honest and personable.
I usually dont write long reviews but this company absolutely deserves praise for the quality and overall professionalism. I will always go with this company and have already shared my experience with other people. Thanks again Andrii, Nick, and team.

Water kept backing up into the basement bathroom. Two other companies told me that we just needed the main drain snaked which was wrong. After posting the job the guys from Pryde showed up right away and did a thorough inspection. Turns out we had collapsed pipe and some other issues. They scheduled us in and got to work soon after. Great quality of work and they explained everything thoroughly.

Over a week ago, I contacted Pryde Group via HomeStars regarding a sewer line issue. They called me immediately and were at my home within an hour. They did a video camera inspection at no cost and provided a very reasonable price quote. Also at no cost. In two days they came and repaired the sewer line and left the site in excellent shape. A very professional outfit. Highly recommended.

Very positive experience with the PRYDE GROUP team. They were very professional, timely, and communicative throughout the whole experience. Especially appreciated the help from Nick. He found issues quickly and replaced the pipe all the way. Would recommend them!

We had a sewer line blockage and some back-flow into our furnace room. Andrew replied to my messages very quickly and very late at night. He was on site the next day to scope the issue.
He and his team started work just 2 days later. They excavated in our basement and outside to replace our old clay pipe and install a "double cleanout". His team completed the work in one day. They were fast and professional. They installed plastic in the basement to reduce dust and dirt. They took photos as they went to show what the problem was and what they were doing to fix it. They cleaned everything up afterwards including replanting our bushes that had to be removed.
The experience with Andrew and Pryde Group Corp was very positive: I would highly recommend them.

Vasil and Nick arrived early, worked very hard, and finished quickly. They replaced the weeping tiles outside, digging frozen ground and did an excellent job. We are extremely satisfied.

We discovered 30' of clay pipes in our basement full of roots after a sewage flood and realized we quickly needed to replace our sanitary line. I got a quote from an emergency plumber and after being quite shocked by the number I put a request on homestars and Andrew from Pryde responded. Andrew was quick to schedule a site visit and review the scope of work. His number was significantly lower than the other companies I contacted. Pryde completed the work in 2 days and was extremely efficient and clean. Andrew was flexible, kind and easy to communicate with. I would definitely work with them again.
