Monte-Leo Construction built a beautiful new fence in our backyard. We were very impressed with the quality of their work, and their attention to detail. They were very professional, and kept us well informed through the whole process. It was a complicated job, but they remembered all the details that they discussed in our original meeting. They were also extremely organized and kept the worksite clean and tidy at all times.
There were many challenges in constructing the fence, as it had to fit into our neighbours backyard deck, join up against our shed, and attach to the garage of our neighbours on the other side. And, as an added complication, we needed two large gates to open into our backyard parking area. But, with their excellent skills in carpentry and design, they were successful! You can open the large gates with one finger, since they are hung so well and swing easily. And, the best outcome of all both of our neighbours are very happy!

Yusuf and his crew are pros. They show up when they say they will. They are responsive to clients needs and collaborative when projects require amendments. Their costing was more than competitive and I would strongly recommend them for your next back yard project. Thanks again Yusuf, great work.

We requested estimates from approximately 5 companies and ultimately decided to go with Monte-Leo because we were most comfortable with Yusuf and because of the cost for everything we want to do. Yusuf and Yasar gave options when there were a few ways to address a building question, listened to our requests and questions, and worked through best solutions. The team was kind and respectful of our space. The work was impeccable, they were on time with the estimated schedule and cleaned up the worksite well. We're very happy with the finished project. My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Monte-leo for the construction of our new composite deck. We were absolutely thrilled with the end result and couldn't be happier with the quality of service we received. The construction process itself was seamless and the team was a pleasure to work with. They were timely, efficient, and always made sure to clean up after themselves. They were very flexible and willing to coordinate with our concrete patio being poured around the same time. The real standout for us was the custom work they did on the base of the pillars. They took the time to carefully design and execute a unique and personalized look that really made the deck stand out.

Yusuf is a pro! He was very communicative from the get-go and his price was very competitive. He coordinated the front porch and the back deck being installed at different times due to site conditions. Yusuf was very collaborative on all the details which I greatly appreciated.
