I recently had the pleasure of working with Deroy, a fantastic plumber who came to our rescue when we discovered a leak in our ceiling. After reaching out, Deroy promptly arrived within a few hours. He carefully investigated and suggested replacing the toilet seal ring upstairs, which he believed was the likely cause of the leakan approach that was both thoughtful and efficient, avoiding unnecessary damage to our drywall.

Unfortunately the leak happened again later that night. I followed up the next day with Deroy and he was incredibly accommodating. He adjusted his schedule to help us on a Sunday. This time there was no other choice but to cut open a couple of places in our ceiling dey wall. Deroy pinpointed the leak, fixed it, and cleaned up the area in under two hours. I recently noticed a water leak from the ceiling on the ground floor. Deroy arrived promptly and quickly identified the source of the leak as the upstairs bathtub. Due to the age and rust of the fixtures, he had to cut through the wall to access the taps. He accompanied me to Home Depot, where we purchased a new faucet to replace the old one. Deroy also replaced a broken and leaking pipe, which had been damaged by the excessive movement of the bathtub tap. The entire repair process took nearly four hours. Throughout the job, he maintained clear communication and ensured a thorough cleanup. I highly recommend his services.
