I needed Mold removal from my attic. I found from Home Stars and setup a date and time. It was smooth and next day came back for review appointment gave us pics and movie for the work done.

It was very nice and smooth.

Came out and gave us a fair quote. He and his crew showed up on time and did the job over two days, as he explained. The work was done just as we wanted and he provided pictures of the finished product. We had every confidence when we met Phil for the first time and he was true to his word.

Phil was able to tell that it wasnt too bad and that really all that was needed was to replace the drywall.
Upon removal, no other mold was found and everything was good (insulation, back wall)
Phil treated it and provided some great advice once we were able to get someone to replace the drywall.
Phil also went out of his was to check another issue for us (potential leak in the basement under the kitchen) and was able to tell me that there was no moisture in the area (so less of a concern) using some cool gadgets

We had a new roof installed, sheeting and all, 3 years ago. The amount of mold for such a short time was quite a bit.

This father and son team had to work in brutal conditions on a very low slope roof with minimal area to move around. The chemical cleaning spray smell was pungent for a short time, but cleared quickly by opening the windows for some fresh air. The work was done quickly and meticulously. The 2 pictures are, before and after, of one of the smaller areas. The entire roof looks like its brand new again.

If I am unlucky to have mold anywhere in my house again, AMPM will be the first call I make. They are not satisfied until you are happy with the result!

I was very impressed with Phil and his honesty. I told him I had black mould on the inside of the windows as well as on the outside caulking. He answered my email very promptly, advised me he was running late and conducted the assessment with his infrared camera, and water detection tool. He advised me that I did not have water inside the walls and I could clean the mould myself with a mould cleaner. He was very honest and said that he was not an expert in doing caulking on the outside. While anyone else might have charged for the mould cleaning, he advised on how I could do it myself. I would definitely recommend Phil. Having had to do a lot of repairs in the house, it is very rare to meet someone who is such a straight shooter.

I want to thank Phil at AMPM. I met Phil many years ago, he helped me with a flood that I had in my basement and they did such an excellent job. My husband and I recently purchased a new house and Phil and his employees removed floor tiles and drywall in our house. They did such an amazing job, they were always on time, very professional and friendly. Thank you Phil and I appreciate your help again.
