Muskokify

Muskokify built us a new deck as our old one wasn't safe, installed a new glass railing which looks amazing and clearly opens up our views. We had Kevin and his team back to install motorized screens in our boathouse, it has turned an unused space into our lakeside lodge!
Truly appreciate all their efforts to make this happen and on budget!

Customer Service is poor. A few years ago, Muskokify did extensive work for us multiple power screens + power shutters and glass railings. In June, contacted the owner, Kevin, regarding a shutter for our screen porch that was not working properly and needed adjustment. Shutter works sometimes, when it doesnt, renders the screen porch virtually unusable. Kevin responded that he was too busy, might be available the end of August. Kevins email responses gave suggestions as to how I could fix the problem. Did as suggested, shutter still not working properly. Have made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails. Kevin talked a good game re customer service, but doesnt deliver problem still hasnt been solved. Hired Kevins company because being local, was promised strong customer service, thats not the case, Muskokifs customer service is poor, I do not recommend them.
