High Stream Moving

I ordered a car for unloading/loading to the warehouse, and for the transportation of things. Everything turned out just great! The car arrived on time, the driver did everything quickly and accurately, the loaders were also great, all things were neatly folded and stacked.

I called by phone, reported my location, volume and quantity of cargo. The car arrived the next dat at the appointed time, the cost of cargo transportation was quite acceptable, the company manager was polite and helped in choosing a car. I recommend.

I ordered delivery, everything was fast and clear in terms of time, the cargo arrived at the agreed time, there are no complaints about the transport company!

HighStream Moving is an absolute joke. Do NOT use this company. In fact, if I could give them 0 stars I would. My Items took 2 months to arrive from Ontario to NS. And they continued to delay and delay and delay providing false dates just to pacify me. This company will cause you a lot of stress if you use them. I highly recommend you don't the price seems good, it's too good to be true. The fine print is very misleading stating they won't deliver your goods unless they have a full truck. holding your stuff hostage. They request payment before unloading the truck and they may intentionally leave items behind if they don't have room stating they will bring them at a later time (the next truck load). So they have your money and your stuff at that point. When my first load showed up it was 11 PM and one guy, took us until 2 am to finish and I had to help the guy. They didn't even give me any notice. I am still currently without a $600 Motorized desk 2 months later. They also called me asking me if I had boxes form someone else's order with numbers on them.

Ordered transportation of furmiture within the city. Everything is fine, we met on the spot, calculated the optimal route, promptly loaded and drove off. Very satisfied with the work, thanks to the managers.

They showed up 3 1/2 hours late to move me out. They showed up 1 1/2 hours late to move me in. They left for 8 hours (presumably to get my other truck load). When I called to find out what was going on, no one seemed to know and they wouldnt call back. There were extra charges for stairs. A couple of items were broken and despite sending pictures and requesting reimbursement I have not heard back. The entire move was a nightmare
I will say when the movers showed up they worked very hard

Contacted this company. The cargo was accepted wihout any problems, paid for picked up, delivered on time to the specified place. Nothing to complain about - great job. We will contact next time.

I used High stream movers to move from Ontario to Calgary and I had the worst experience of my life.
Katherine, who you talk to always about everything, speaks rudely every time you asks questions. Half the time she will not know answers. She will not give you proper information to you.
She told us on Saturday that movers will come to unload on Sunday. Whereas we already informed her that we cannot book an elevator on weekends and we cannot provide certified check on weekend as banks will be closed.
So they sent trailer on Monday and charged us waiting fee for their mistakes.
Also, there are couple things missing and broken and now they won't pick up our calls.
Please never use them and tell everyone not to use them.

they HIRE OFF CRAIGSLIST & kIJJI AGAINST THERE POLICY, SAY THEY HAVE OWN MOVERS. kid HIRED, RUINED VALUABLE STUFF AND DIDN'T CARE.

In a move from Halifax to Toronto, mattress was damaged, office desk shelf was missing, someone else's tv table was sent. Just a single person showed up for moving stuff. Dates were changed multiple times at very last moment. We were forced to sleep on floor for days. Will never recommend to anyone.
