High Stream Moving

Ordered transportation of furmiture within the city. Everything is fine, we met on the spot, calculated the optimal route, promptly loaded and drove off. Very satisfied with the work, thanks to the managers.

They showed up 3 1/2 hours late to move me out. They showed up 1 1/2 hours late to move me in. They left for 8 hours (presumably to get my other truck load). When I called to find out what was going on, no one seemed to know and they wouldnt call back. There were extra charges for stairs. A couple of items were broken and despite sending pictures and requesting reimbursement I have not heard back. The entire move was a nightmare
I will say when the movers showed up they worked very hard

Contacted this company. The cargo was accepted wihout any problems, paid for picked up, delivered on time to the specified place. Nothing to complain about - great job. We will contact next time.

I used High stream movers to move from Ontario to Calgary and I had the worst experience of my life.
Katherine, who you talk to always about everything, speaks rudely every time you asks questions. Half the time she will not know answers. She will not give you proper information to you.
She told us on Saturday that movers will come to unload on Sunday. Whereas we already informed her that we cannot book an elevator on weekends and we cannot provide certified check on weekend as banks will be closed.
So they sent trailer on Monday and charged us waiting fee for their mistakes.
Also, there are couple things missing and broken and now they won't pick up our calls.
Please never use them and tell everyone not to use them.

they HIRE OFF CRAIGSLIST & kIJJI AGAINST THERE POLICY, SAY THEY HAVE OWN MOVERS. kid HIRED, RUINED VALUABLE STUFF AND DIDN'T CARE.

In a move from Halifax to Toronto, mattress was damaged, office desk shelf was missing, someone else's tv table was sent. Just a single person showed up for moving stuff. Dates were changed multiple times at very last moment. We were forced to sleep on floor for days. Will never recommend to anyone.

Dont recommend. Moved us from Bowmanville to New Brunswick with much damage to expensive pieces. They put an ad out on kijiji to unload the trailer which is against their policy with not hiring subcontractors. Subcontractor was a no show and my hubby and myself had to unload the trailer. Bunch of amateurs.

Due to the active increase in our employees, we needed a larger office space. We didn't have a lot of large things, mostly computer equipment and bookcases. The manager helped us choose the best truck and the number of loaders. The loaders showed great mastery in their work.

High Stream Moving offers excellent service and low prices. Their competent movers have already rescued us 2 times with local moving. They know how to handle any furniture correctly so that nothing is damaged. And they reacted well to comments because they wanted to satisfy all our needs.

The guys were a little late due to traffic jams in the city, but the driver phoned us in advance and warned us about it. The movers worked well together, so all our things were quickly loaded into the truck and securely fastened. We don't have any complaints. Great company and staff.
