I've used this business three times in the past. Once for a dishwasher repair, a fridge repair, and a dishwasher install. Technicians were very transparent and offers the best cost advice for their clients even if it means they makes less on their service call. I highly recommend them due to their expertise and honesty!

Our fridge's water dispenser had a crack in the tubing and leaked water all over the floor and through to the basement. Frantically, I called the Manager of this company who was willing to come out the same evening to help. He fixed the problem and even let me take a few minutes to clean around the fridge before we pushed it back in place. Technicians were punctual, and polite and were very focused on making sure the customer was pleased with their service. Also, they guarantee their work for 30 days which was a bonus.

They made an appointment on short notice and was able to repair both my stovetop and dishwasher in under an hour. I would highly recommend this company guys. Tremendous service and expenditure.

$295 plus tax to fix my fridge by said servicing the control board and defrost the system. He said ice built up jammed the evaporator fan. I agreed (15 mins job) once he opened the board, he said the evaporator fan motor is weak and needs to be replaced. He checked his car and luckily had the tiny fan motor. When asked its cost, he said $175 plus tax, when googled the part, found same motor for $31.00. Tried to explain that it is 500% mark up, called their office, I was told their manager is off for the next 3 days. Me working in investigations/litigation sectors, told them to leave the fridge as is and leave, to not escalate the situation, agreed to pay half of $295. Later felt bad for the tech and offered to pay the full $295 plus tax and $90 plus tax for the part, he agreed. As loyal Canadian citizens and to keep Canada the great place it is, we need to report these companies to higher government control authorities

Great experience, would recommend it to anyone requiring services for older appliances. My issue was that our Kenmore washing machine stopped working. Contacted these guys via email to schedule an appointment, Technicians showed up at the scheduled time, diagnosed the problem, and resolved the issue with the machine in a prompt manner.

This institution responded promptly to my request. They clarified the dishwasher problem, completed the work, tidied up, and gave me free advice. I highly suggest them for their knowledge, work, and gentle manner.

We are repeat customers and every time we had to use this business they have been reasonable and quick. It is extraordinary to speak with the service person that will be doing the repairs when we call. Will definitely use them again when needed. It is good to know that things can still be fixed instead of replaced at a reasonable cost.
