Dan was in the house cleaning the dryer and hose to the wall while Shy was outside on a ladder on the other side at the outlet. Very friendly duo. Our new dryer wasn’t drying clothes properly. I was getting an error message that the vent was clogged. I tried to clean it myself, but wasn’t able to access most of the vent as there was about 16 feet of venting running through the attic from our upper level laundry room.
It has been difficult to find a company that was willing/able and insured to go into the attic. Pro Handy Solutions was willing and able and did a great job. They were polite and friendly and clearly communicated what needed to be done.
