The service technician who came to our home was prompt, courteous, and professional. Rhoan answered all of our questions and patiently explained how to use the equipment. When we contacted him after the install with a few minor concerns, he immediately returned to our home to correct the issues, no questions asked, nor did he make us feel that our concerns weren’t warranted. We would certainly recommend him to other potential customers.

Punctual, personable, professional and efficient. Hired Rhoan to do a ring floodlight installation where there is no current fixture as well as replace an old fixture with a ring floodlight as well by the backyard. Quick and easy and explained what he was doing and why. Definitely would hire him again.
