The technician was prepared with 2 different parts to make sure my refrigerator was perfectly repaired.
The technician Avishai followed up with the replacement parts to make sure the parts did not delay my Fridge repair.

Came to repair washer in end it would cost to much to repair ,best to buy new one. Repair person was very kind and explained which makes of machines would be best to buy. I would recommend using this company to anyone who wants the truth and not get ripped off for unwanted repairs.

Eli was very courteous and knowledgeable about our problem. Rather than talk us into a more costly solution, he was able to do a work around which saved us some money. We were assured that, if the repair failed, he would come back and do the full repair for an amount that was reduced by what we initially paid. We were extremely impressed with the service we received and with the way we were treated by Eli.

I called after a power surge and the company sent Eli, very polite and knowlegeable technician. Eli diagnosed the problem and provided a repair estimate. He also provided tips on how to avert a future occurrence. I paid for the service visit but decided a new refrigerator was the way to go. I am very satisfied with the response time and quality of service.
