Polaron

The Polaron team was instrumental in getting my solar panels installed. They were extremely helpful with both the City of Edmonton Rebate program as well as the Canada Greener Homes Grant. The estimating for the project and presenting to show the benefits was a huge help in making my decision. The ability to be able to finance at 0% interest is a huge benefit as the major barrier for myself was the costs up front and being able to pay that over the years is a huge benefit.

They continue to provide support to me on questions and concerns even after the installation.

Our solar panels have not been installed yet, but our experience to date has been positive. From our initial contact, we have been kept updated, informed and supported. Lots of technical information to digest and consider, along with upgrades and modifications to existing items in and on our home. The Polaron team have been good at assisting us through the entire process since the initial start date in October 2022.
The photo of the proposed installation location for the panels works well and is shown below. There were a couple of different options and we worked with Polaron to get the best result for us.

Found the staff at Polaron, from sales to operations to be very professional. Im only part way through my installation so cant say much, but so far looks good. The financing options and the government subsidy were clinchers. Found the installers, who I believe to be a subcontractor, to be less professional. They showed up Easter Sunday morning without notice. Next time they wrote me on a Sunday for a Monday appointment but canceled when I replied on Monday, and chastised me for my delayed response. However, calls to Operations quickly remedied any concerns.

We have started the process in November 2022, we are at the last steps before installation. The delay is with NS Power right now. I can't wait. Polaron says as soon as they get the letter they will install the next week. Polaron has informed us of everything every step of the way. Fingers crossed it happens by June.

Working on upgrading an old home and we knew we wanted to be rid of oil as soon as possible. Offsetting some electricity cost was paramount to our success so we were very excited to have this opportunity to add panels with this framework! Here is a picture of our bill and this was just April we already started saving money!

Polaron has great, fast and reliable service. Their consultants are knowledgeable, and they provide all the guidance you need to make the best decision of becoming a part of the solar club. Highly recommend!

Great company!
They were VERY easy to deal with, and everything was straight forward. Found out that it costs ALOT less than we thought for solar panels, especially with government rebates. You can even finance them pretty easily, in the long run lowering your power bill more than the payments, which is nice :)

I have been using solar pannels from Sept 2020. I have a very positive experience with Poloron. They were in good communication with me pre & post instalation. I would recomend them to all.
