We have a 105-year old cottage and have trusted Trevor with all plumbing needs for eight years. No matter the size of the job he’s always come through for us, everything always done on schedule and right the first time. This last job was to install a new kitchen faucet and two sets of washroom faucet fixtures, one of which involved removal and reinstallation of a pedestal sink. He also installed 4 new replacement shut off valves. Trevor works quickly but carefully, so professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He is a gold standard for contractors in any industry.

Trevor has helped with a bunch of things around our old Toronto home; clearing tree roots from our main drain, installing outside taps, a refrigerator water line and fixing poor work done by others.

Replaced all kitec plumbing in my condo unit with new pex pipes, and also installed new shut off valves on kitchen, laundry and washroom. Trevor was very professional and thorough. His estimate for the job was also excellent - I had obtained 3 estimates for the work.

After completion, the job was inspected by the buildings engineer, who was pleased with the work Trevor performed in my suite.

The work consisted in the replacement of the old clay sewer pipe between the property line and my house and installation of a backwater valve and clean out access. My contact was Trevor who was responsive and professional from the get go. He promptly provided a competitive quote and clearly explained the work to be done, and responded to my questions. The team was there at the schedule day/time and worked efficiently all through the day. The project was completed by 8:00 PM and the work site perfectly cleaned up. We live in a 100+ year old house and there was a spaghetti of water pipes that had accumulated over years and years of plumbers coming in and making incremental modifications. The pipes looked like a cyberpunk scene and were occupying a lot of unnecessary space. The task was to "tuck" all the pipes away: Remove the existing pipes, and redo them in a modern, tight way.

When Trevor came onsite to survey the scene I was immediately assured he was he right person for the job. Trevor immediately understood what I needed and made on-the-spot suggestions on the problem could be tackled, in ways beyond my imagination. I literally stopped having any conversations with any other contractors and didn't feel a need to do any quote comparisons. Trevor was an immediate hire.

Trevor did the job very cleanly, and everything was nicely tucked away, plumb and level, with zero leaks. Messy copper pipes were replaced with PEX, out of sight. Trevor also installed a laundary box to keep the washer connections nicely organized and accessible.

We now have space to build a whole new guest bedroom in the basement. I'm very glad I took faith in my first impression of Trevor -- he didn't prove my instincs wrong.
