Thank you to Jia and his helper. They painted our fence. They showed up on time and did the work properly. I recommend them for exterior finishing work. Jia mentioned to me that he also does stucco and masonry.

Jia was very professional and helpful, right down to assisting with my colour selections. The end result was better than I expected and they were finished the repairs and painting in two days.

we hired PDN construction to The scope of the work was large (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2-storey hall covered in old wallpaper and a 2-storey bannister).
From our first contact with Jia, we felt that we were in good hands. Jia is very knowledgeable and we were impressed with his recommendations and product selection. He has a courteous and professional manner. He and his co-worker were prompt and clean. They took pride in their work which was meticulous and done well within the time frame estimated. Our hall, in particular, is now bright with no evidence of the pre-existing wallpaper.

We hired Jia through PDN to put in new hardwood flooring both downstairs (main level) and upstairs. I’m doing so, we also had our entire home, doors, window frames, main door and kitchen cabinets painted.

Jia was amazing to deal with. He’s very personable, professional and treats your home like his own. He’s very attentive and detail oriented. He will not leave the worksite until he is fully pleased with the results. He takes his time and if needed will put in extra time until he achieves the results he is and his clients are happy with. He’s extremely accommodating and easy to work with.

We have a solid wood front door that needed refinishing. We hoped that with stripping it could be restained. The wood was in too poor a shape to take the stain well, so plan B was to paint which is what happened.
Jia was patient with us and made multiple trips back to the house, making sure that we were happy with the finished result.
He was always cheerful, and the quote remained the same. We were pleased that we could find someone so quickly to do a small job for us.

Recently PDN construction did a project for me and it was just fantastic everything was so organized the guys wore so clean on site they followed every single safety procedures and The work was done right on time just the way they promised clean and organized and absolutely on time I’m very pleased with PDN definitely will work with PDN and again thank you guys!

I had PDN construction come do some work on my home, they did new stucco on the upper 3/4 with the bottom part nice mason work! The home job is was completed on time and the works were extremely kind and professional. Great quality
