Hi Erez,
1) I am really sorry that the clean-up was not up to the mark. I and my team will definitely try to improve.
2) Unfortunately, your decision of having a rain cap (not a chimney cap, a new chimney cap is installed) on the flute tile was after we had wrapped up the work and disassembled a 30 feet scaffolding. If there was a way to use a ladder to install the rain cap, I would have considered it, however, because of the closeness of the fence and the tall trees, it is/was extremely unsafe and I have to consider the safety of myself and my crew. I really wish I could have reached a solution acceptable to you.
3) I am glad and satisfied that you like the work.
Thank You.
