Meisam was thorough and professional helping me connect my natural gas griddle that used a 3/8 line to my pre-existing natural as outlet that was 1/2.

He even helped troubleshoot the actual natural gas griddle as well which was initially having issues with the starter/spark ignition to ensure everything was operational.

A true professional that takes pride in making sure the job is done right and that the customer is satisfied.

He patiently answered all of my questions and I learned a lot from him during the install.

So glad to have found him on Homestars and will be calling him again for not only natural gas related installs, but now any HVAC related concerns as well.

Needed to replace 20 year old gas stove cooktop and range hood with Bosch NGMP656UC and AVM278PS.
Meisham and his partner were super responsive and professional from the first text message outreach to project completion. In fact, they were onsite on the same day I posted my requirements on HomeStars. They had to come onsite the next day again as opening for the cooktop was insufficient. I hired a Granite specialist to cut and an inch+. Meisham did not charge extra for the second visit and completed the installation. They also replaced furnace disconnection box and burnt out fuses. One of my two heaters had gone out in recent weeks. The material cost were high but I was very glad to get it fixed by the team already onsite for another job. Overall very happy with the work by Meisham and his team. Friendly, punctual, and professional all throughout. I strongly recommend them!

Needed to get fireplace serviced at downtown condo. Read the reviews and contacted Meisam. He was very responsive and did a great job at a great price. Highly recommend him.

Meysam and his team provide excellent customer service and are very professional. They know what they are doing. We had a bad experience with another company that installed a new boiler and tankless hot water heater last Feb. We had problems from day one and called them for weeks trying to get them back to fix it with no success. Fortunately we found Meysam and he was able to come and fix the tankless water heater(it had been installed completely wrong and he was able to troubleshoot with Bosch customer service over the phone to make the changes needed so the unit was installed and working properly). We appreciated his efforts and honesty, so we had him install two ductless ac units and we are thrilled with the job he and his team did.
Just last week our furnace went out and we contacted the company that originally installed it, as it is under warranty. They said they could not come to have a look at it for over 36 hours(it was the coldest day of the year)....we couldn't go with no heat for 36 hours, so we called Meysam and he was able to repair it quickly(it was just a loose wire). If you value honesty and great customer service(these are very hard virtues to find today) Meysam and the HVAC Smart Solutions Services team is the company you want to use........you will not be disappointed!

Meysam was wonderful! Super responsive and was able to come and fix my gas fireplace the very next day. He was very professional and friendly and wore a mask without asking which I was very grateful for given the current Covid outbreak. ( I have recently had other trades in my home that I have had to ask to wear a mask). I will definitely recommend him to friends!
