Steve, in Customer Service, was great. I expressed a problem with the sealing of my driveway and expected a struggle to get it fixed. He was amazing, suggesting a short wait to observe the seal after it fully dried. The issue remained, and Steve arranged a re-do at a convenient time.

I very rarely buy any product at my door however, I am a pretty good judge of character and from the day Bwolo Bwolo knocked on my door and from Aaron coming to see me the following day, I was confident in what I was buying. It is rarely the product that gets the sale but rather, the people involved in selling it. Of course, it helped once I realized it was a Canadian company/product and all that Aaron explained to me. Installation was delayed a few weeks (which kept me on the edge of my seat) but the delay was largely due to rainy weather putting all installations back...quite understandable. They never failed me and always returned my anxious calls. The day of installation was very efficient. They took pictures at my request. They left my property clean as before they came. It was a large job and everything went very smoothly. Bottom line: I HIGHLY RECOMMENT THIS COMPANY and I look forward to future dealings with HOME SERVICE SOLUTIONS.

We were very satisfied with the work which was done. Some of the things which we appreciated were:

1. Erin's detailed information about what our options were; his monitoring of the work to see that it was done properly; and his keeping us informed about what was happening.. He was very professional and we did not feel any pressure to buy. We appreciated his pleasant manner.

2. The work crew arrived on time and were very busy while here. I was impressed with how well they worked together. Each person had an assigned task. The crew did a good job of cleaning up. We also appreciated the recommendation that we install 2 extra down spouts. We had experienced overflow and these extra spouts have solved that problem.

3. I notice that other work crews on our street wear teeshirts with the company logo on them. Would improve the appearance of your workers. Just a gentle suggestion.

From the start, Kevin explained my problems and gave me options. The communications from the office were punctual and well times. The crew worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. I am pleased with the job well done and would not hesitate to recommend Home Service Solutions.

The soft wash has been done first time ever and our house is sparkling clean.
The service is not cheap but the final result is worth the money. Our house is 24 years old and I was surprised that this kind of cleaning could be done.

The entire process was seamless - initial contact through completion of job. The new gutters look fantastic and the entire crew was professional. I will definitely use this service again in the future.

This company installed new eavestroughs with "gutter guard" throughout promptly and efficiently, and the work seems to be of very good quality. I am not sure about the cost, they approached me and as I needed it and had been putting it off, I just agreed to the price quoted. It is possible that if you shopped around you could get a lower price.

The service was fantastic. The installation was completed in just hours. The staff has been very friendly and the helpful. Work was started within 2 weeks of the estimate being done. Highly recommend.
