We had some structural issues that We were really worried about. We have sent a request through Homestarts and Dynamic wall removal was quick respond, despite his busy schedule Raouf came to see us the next day when you heard about our urgent situation. He explained to us what should be done and after acquiring the needed materials they were back in couple days to fix the problem.

The guys at Dynamic wall removal were amazing. We wanted to remove two major load bearing walls to open up the kitchen and the living area. Raouf explained our different options and soon after deciding on what needs to be done, his Engineer was on site. They delivered the project on time, on budget with all the necessary drawings, permits and final inspections. Because of his knowledge in large scale renovations Raouf could identify the potential difficulties with rerouting air vents and drain pipes. He asked to be in touch with our HVAC guy and plumber to come up with some good solutions, he made everyone’s life easier! This team is definitely at the top of their game. We are very pleased with the result!

As part of our full renovations, we needed to remove 3 load bearing walls separating the kitchen from dining room and also the living room. We have decided to hire Dynamic DC over several other companies we had contacted mainly because of their reasonable pricing and also their flexible timing. They measured, ordered and install 2 massive steel beams and some LVL’s. the job was done on time and on budget! Before we knew it, the walls were removed, and the space completely redefined. City inspection passed easily.

Raouf and his team took care of the water supply lines, drains and a HVAC line.

Started off with one bathroom renovation and it led to all bathrooms, to floors, to other areas, I was impressed by the quality of the work by both Raouf and Lucia. They are constantly pushing for quality, they do things the right way which is hard to find these days. for a renovation in my home. After seeing the work done by Raouf and

We had our renovation completed and continue to be absolutely delighted by the workmanship on it by Dynamic Design & Construction. We met with a number of contractors/designers to obtain quotes, but were most impressed when we met Raouf. He was recommended to us by a friend who had also hired Dynamic DC for her remodeling project. She said she found Raouf to be an honest, capable craftsman who takes pride in the work he and his team does.

During our first meeting with Raouf, he listened to our requests regarding the space that required to be renovated and took time to design plans to meet our needs. In subsequent visits, he clearly outlined costs on our contract and laid out a payment schedule. He also provided references, to allow us to speak with his previous clients before making our decision.

Our project was completed in 8 weeks, as promised. Raouf and his crew maintained a very clean work space and were very respectful of our living area and time. They used quality materials and consistently tried to make the design as practical and as space-efficient as possible. Raouf made himself available each day, in person or by phone. He was present at the worksite daily.

Raouf also takes on a limited numbers of projects at a time and if he does not like the way something looks or has been completed by the tradespeople, he will have work redone. Visitors to our home have been impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the added living space to our home.

Our 100 year old house needed some help to work in the 21st century. It had a side entrance on a mutual driveway and we wanted to make it a front entrance with a main floor powder room and modern kitchen. We hired an Architect and Dynamic Construction and were so glad that we had done this. While it took time and money, we never regretted our decision.
