I opened service request here and John responded right away, we arranged time and he showed up for the quotation and details of work to be done, I was satisfied with quotation and two days after John and his team showed up and removed old tree from my backyard, job was done in 1.5 hrs, fast and reliable service, I am happy that my backyard now feel bigger and cleaner. John and team were amazing from our very first contact. He came to see the trees, we discussed what was needed and agreed to a price. They arrived on time, worked quickly, but thoroughly and cleaned up extremely well. We would recommend them to anyone. The other companies we called wouldn’t even come to give a quote, and couldn’t stump the trees.

John was able to start and finish the project earlier than expected. He had a newer crew with him and they got the tree fully removed and the stump was also included. Fine job by all, would recommend his services to any home owners.

John kept us up to date throughout the process on what they were doing, The clean up was so good, if it wasn't for the cut up wood left for a neighbour to pick up, you would not know they had been here.

Hi John came to the house gave us a quote and explained how they would do the job .
With in a few days John came with a crew of three did the project and as they said they would including a little extra trimming on a tree that was over the neighbours fence .
After they did a total clean up you would not even know they were here unless you looked at the great job .

Amazing service from this company! John and his crew were so courteous and did an amazing job on taking down two trees we needed removed. They followed all safety precautions, and my vegetable garden that was in between the two trees was actually preserved perfectly!!! I was impressed with how quickly they responded to my Homestars quote request, and especially how quickly they were able to book the actual job! The other two companies we asked estimates from weren't able to give us a date until weeks after, but John was able to book us within the week. As for the price, he quoted us less for the TWO trees together compared to what one other company quoted us for the ONE tree! And he even offered to take out an old stump as well as part of the price!!!
