Chase and his team are excellent. The customer service offered was outstanding and Chase delivered everything as promised and as scheduled. The clean up was also excellent and we love our new North Star windows. I highly recommend this company.

After meeting with many companies , we were referred to Chase. He was honest and didnt put any pressure on us when it came to making decisions . He was patient and helped through the process of choosing and ordering the new front door and hardware . We were very impressed with how quickly the installation process took. Masters Windows and Doors installed a North Star patio door with interior blinds, did a fantastic job, the finishing both inside and out looks amazing! Because I was having severe leaking from old door into basement when rained Chase assured me they would install asap and address that problem, and they did! I found them professional, courteous, providing outstanding service! Highly recommend this company.

All new windows for the house. Masters had great pricing, estimated delivery was correct, installation date was 100% accurate. Chase went out of his way to ensure installation date remained the same after he noticed a piece missing when he took delivery of the windows the week before, he still made it happen! Chase and team will go out of there way to ensure the windows are done with care and precision, no detail left unturned. Chase worked really hard to ensure our large 2 storey great room window looked perfect with new arch trim which was a big challenge. Everything went exactly to plan and the craftsmanship of the install was impeccable! AAA++++++++
