I had a pretty significant ant infestation that ASM responded to and removed. A couple months later (Aug 2020), there was another outbreak. A quick call was followed by an equally quick and courteous response. They stood by the claim that any further outbreaks would be treated at no additional cost. Zafar is great.

Called ASM Pest Control when we had an explosion of ants in the house. Zafar came out to the house on time and did an amazing job inside and outside the house all at a more than a fair price. Ants gone within a day! He was polite and professional and the quote was honoured. About 2 months later we had a new colony of ants hatch and I called him and he fit us in the same day. This new ant problem was totally unrelated to our previous ant issue but was in the same area. To my surprise Zafar took care of this for no charge! First class company and I highly recommend ASM Pest Control. We will definitely be using ASM for all our future pest control! ASM also does mole removal. Thanks Zafar!

We had an issue with a wasp nest right under our roof. It was a very difficult location since it was only accessible through an upper bedroom window. Throughout the ordeal, Zafar would explain to us what he was doing and after several visits and follow up phone calls, he was able to rid us of those pesky wasps! He was always cheerful and patient and was very good in staying true to his word. Thank you ASM!

I called a few companies got some price comparison and after talking with Zafar I liked his customer service etiquette and reassuring attitude, fit me into his tight schedule and did an amazing job for a decent amount to do over 2400 square ft of space . I highly recommend him and will be sure to spread the word should the need arise again

Had a bad ant infestation in my duplex. I called around and found that Zafar the owner really knowledgable about ants. He advised that with the spray and dusting that my tenants should not be in the home for 4 hours. When he came to the house he inspected the room where the ants were coming from and advised that he will spray and dust under the wall. With the spray the ants died instantly and dusting was for the ants to bring back to the colony. He set our expectation that we may see some ants roaming around and if they do come back to call him again. A few days later Zafar followed up with us and advised him that we have seen nothing. Today it's been a couple weeks now and Zafar followed up again. Zafar really cares about his clients and willing to make things right. I had a bed bug problem for 6 months. During this time, I had another company who was working on eradicating this issue. They failed, and I couldn't trust them anymore. I called Jefar and he immediately set up a treatment date. He came, saw the situation, treated it and followed up. Now, I don't have any problem. He occasionally gives follow up calls to make sure I no longer have bed bug issue. He is trustworthy, dedicated, and experienced.
