John was very responsive and was able to quickly fix a leaky shower in our condo. I sent him pictures of the shower via text message prior to his visit, which was convenient. He then gave me a few different options for how to get the job done and let me decide without any pressure.

I had been searching for over a month for someone to work on a relatively large-scale residential plumbing upgrade. I wannted to replace all of the old copper in my basement with PEX, and install a manifold system to create equalized water pressure throughout my house. Fix Plumbing was able to come in on the same day I contacted them to provide a quote. John was professional and extremely knowledgeable. I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing, whereas many local plumbers seemed very out of their league when it came to the manifold. His price was competitive with others and so I hired him. He was there two days later, and got the job done in a day. They cleaned up everything, and took the time to ensure I knew how everything would work since it was a big upgrade. Very happy with the results.

John came by to replace a toilet for me. He did excellent work at a great price. Very polite and professional. He cleans up when he is done. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
