Put in hot water tank 5 days ago ,,no hot water as of yesterday, Appointment made to fox it today 1-4 ,,,no show and it's now 510 and I'm still waiting . No hot water for 2 days now. I'm not impressed

we had many different companies come give us options to replace equipment. Reliance, enercare, maple and others. Brawn bros had the best service and did not pressure me into anything like hte other guys. They gave us good monthly options and installation was fast and clean

I had a furnace malfunction, and the heating completely stopped working. Luckily Brawn Bros Rep showed up at my house at the right time. He was very experienced. He checked out the whole system thoroughly and provided his diagnosis in an ‘easy to understand’ way. He recommended the rental service they offer, The whole system was installed and up and running in a short time. They actually followed up with me after to make sure everything good. Now I have a brand new system that uses less gas to operate and also I don’t have to worry about paying for repair and maintenance as it is already included in the rental program.

Brawn Bros recently installed a new furnace in my parents’ home. During their installation visit, the team was professional, hard-working, and a pleasure to have working in the house. They left the site spotless, and even took time to explain things to my elderly parents, and answered all our questions.
