Excellent Customer service.
He came in the house with his shoe covers on, which I appreciated. He was able to diagnose the issue same day and it took him 30 mins to replace the heating Element on the dryer.

Meshach repaired our stove, he did it the same day, although he had to go get a spare part. He gave a good recommendation on which part would serve best. Meshach is polite and very professional, it was very good service.

I live in a high end building with one of the most modern appliances making it very difficult to find the right person to fix the appliances. I have worked with Anujin since 2017 for work involving both my homes. He is decent, excellent at his work, very reasonably priced and completed the job on time. I contacted ElectroGas to repair my refrigerator, as the entire appliance was not working. Over the phone he asked great questions to really get an understanding of the problems we were having and the reasons to why they were occurring. It was incredibly easy to set up a convenient appointment with him. He arrived promptly and punctually on the day of the appointment. He was able to quickly diagnosed and fixed the appliance. His knowledge, honesty, friendliness and professionalism made this a great experience! Outstanding customer service, would recommend him for all your appliance repair needs.

Meshach clearly explained why our refrigerator freezer was not working. He suggested we try a more straightforward solution to see if that would fix the problem. This was rather than start a more complex and expensive solution. The first approach worked and the freezer was back to normal within an hour or so. Highly recommended.

They were punctual and took their time to diagnose the issue. Providing detailed information about what was wrong and how it would be fixed. Once the required parts were changed, I've had no issues. It was great service!
