Scheduling and communication could be better with trades person. Took much too long to arrange installation. Workmanship however was impeccable

I am glad you were happy with the quality of the installation. That installation was done 3 1/2 weeks after we received your deposit as per our quote. I'm not sure if you were aware that the strata took five weeks to send the deposit.

Replace sliding patio door

Thank you to the SNU team for their excellent work in replacing the slinging door. Workers arrived as scheduled and completed the job in 2 hours. Removal of old door and cleanup was done quickly and efficiently.

They were able to install quicker than predicted. When the team came they were quick, efficient, very friendly, professional. Upon completing the install everything was cleaned up and garbage removed. We would not hesitate to call the, for other jobs.
