It was a pleasure to work with Steve and his installer, Jason, and his assistant, Amore.

Jason did a fabulous job of installing carpet in three bedrooms, a dining room, two hallways and two sets of stairs. It was a big job, but completed to perfection.
Jason and Amore did a fine job of tidying and cleaning up before they left each day.
I was very happy with the workmanship and the quality of the carpet laid.
I would highly recommend Steve, Jason and Amore to anyone wanting a big or small job done.
These men are experienced in this field and do their utmost to satisfy their customer.

From the very start of the installer selection, Steve promptly followed up to get the job. He worked within the tight schedule we had to get the job done before move-in day. Steve and his team actually worked till about 1am the next morning in order to complete the job within our timeline. They did such a fine job installing the new carpet throughout upstairs in our home. They also cleaned up nicely once they finished. Steve also helped me with a rough estimate and direction to get a carpenter that we needed to trim the doors.
Overall, I am a very satisfied and happy customer and would highly recommend Steve and his team any day anytime.

Steve was quick to respond to my quote request. He was able to schedule the job just two days after the estimate. His installer was excellent. Fixed the squeak in our stairs and provided us advice on what to do for the other stairs as they age over time.

I was in a pinch to get stairs and upper floor of townhouse carpet removed and replaced.
The job was time sensitive as we were looking to list the property.
I called Steve and not only did he answer the phone asap [which in and in itself was a pleasant surprise] he agreed to drive out to Stoney Creek to estimate it.
His pricing was very competitive/fair and he booked and got the job done asap without any fuss and kept me in the loop each step of the way.
Great! ....but wait, here is the kicker-- when I was able to get out to look at the job there were some very very minor things I brought up-- he not only came back [after he was paid] but said " I stand behind my work, no problem, consider it done!"
Where do you get that kind of customer service anymore??
