We are nearing completion on our home and are extremely happy with the design work. Syed and his team were very willing to collaborate on design and work with us to get a design we love. Syed is a designer who understands construction because he used to be a contractor. He also fully understands the City of Toronto ever changing building code. Several sub-trades extolled that his drawings were extremely thorough and included code references that made the process faster for the permitting office. Thank you for all your work and help Syed!
