No heat call on our furnace at rental house. Alex came out same day (Saturday)for diagnostic , let us know the issue (damaged specialty fan/motor assembly) and let us know what rough cost would likely be to resolve on Monday morning when parts supplier was open. Found the one remaining part Monday morning in, travelled an hour or so each way to get it, and replaced everything by Monday about 1pm. Great communications and service. Reasonable labour costs, part was unfortunately more expensive than anticipated, but I didn’t get the sense there was an unexpected markup from the wholesaler’s sell price.
