Yan was the first trade/contractor to reply to our request for a quote. He provided guidance, by phone, on procuring the right length of handrail, based on a photo of the staircase and a link to the product we were considering. The installation was arranged immediately after we received the handrail from the factory. The installer is a highly competent contractor who knew exactly what he was doing and his work is professional. The estimate for installation was based on 1-3 hours of work, depending on stud location etc. The job came in at 2 hours. We are very happy with the work from start to finish.
