Replace old deck

New Bathroom - Great Pricing, Quality Work, Time Efficient (and on time!)

Mason and his team did an amazing job when I was adding another bathroom to the second floor of my home.

The previous contractor had walked out post demo and York Developments came to the rescue and took on the job.
Not only did they complete the job on time BUT did an amazing work.

The tiler was one of the best I have worked with (and this is coming from someone who is picky with tiles)

Porch stair rebuild

Our porch stairs needed rebuilding due to improper support. Mason always arrived exactly when he said he would, discussed the project in detail answering all questions patiently. He then provided a detailed quote - and proceeded with the rebuild in an efficient and precise manner. Would highly recommend.

Fencing

Deck and waterproofing

Decks review in Toronto

York Development was the highest of the quotes I received for this project by some margin. The project involved a straight forward replacement of a deck and a complex effort to waterproof the underneath. However Meisam gave me the highest confidence that he had thought through each of the potential problems before providing a quote.

It turned out to be a great decision to choose Meisam. Not only did the project turn out great, he was on site and doing most of the work himself and daily clean up of the site was great including immediate removal of the old deck. He responded quickly to messages and explained steps as the work progressed. He is a bit pricey, but its worth it.
