We contacted Sergei about repairing a Samsung dryer for us. He arrived on time as promised with the necessary parts. He explained the cause of the breakdown, performed maintenance and replaced the necessary spare parts on the same day. Honest and reliable service at a reasonable price which is hard to find these days! We would recommend him to our friends and relatives and already have!

Sergei was quick to reply and was always on top of communications. He was able to come to our home the same day I posted our issues. He went above and beyond just fixing what we needed. He's a solid guy that had 99% of the parts with him. Our dryer sounded like a train when running and wasn't producing heat when spinning. Sergei not only fixed our machine but completely cleaned the unit and checked the lines to make sure everything was running properly before leaving. We highly recommend him and will definitely be using his services again if we need.

Reliable and professional service, period!
I usually dont like providing reviews. Although this is my 2-nd request for the service- both times there were different appliances 1st time a washing machine, 2nd a dishwasher, and both times my wife and I were totally satisfied. Our family is very busy lately and Sergey was overly accommodative and was able to find a working window in his busy schedule to come and fix the issues. The 2nd one wasnt the easiest, as we have a very expensive unit and its hocked up to an old de-calk filter. The problem was found and solved quickly with given options to choose from, without extra material purchased, just time to adjust and repair charged. On top of that, I was given is a very clear explanation as to how to avoid problems in the future with my household appliances had been fixed and our refrigerator. What was unexpected - 2 weeks later we received a follow up call amazing!

I highly recommend Sergei as he was impressively quick to respond and was not discouraged by working on my stackable dryer in a small condo space. I called many other repair people who were not very polite and were quick to say no based on my concerns. Sergei was very polite, professional, resourceful and took his time to explain the options available to fix my problem which he did fix in the same visit. I was so pleased with his hard work and honesty, fair pricing and help, that he will be returning to fix my fridge issue which is next on my list of things to fix.
