TSR Pest Control & Wildlife Animal Removal

This company a mouse treatment and some rodent prevention work in my home a year ago. Their service was professional and satisfying. We haven't seen any mice in our house since TSR did their pest treatment.

Sal helped us out last month with a rat problem in our basement. He found out how rats were getting in and placed bait stations in certain areas. In 3-4 days we were completely rat-free. He made a second visit to our home and sealed the entry point. 

They cleared all the bed bugs in one attempt. They came back several weeks after and did one more treatment in our apartment. We are happy that all the bugs are gone

Raccoons came in and caused some damage to our roof. We shopped around until we found what we thought was a reasonable company that knew what they were doing. Tsr seemed to have all the tools to remove the animals and to repair the damaged roof. They made it very clear that they were not going to cut corners. They were also very polite and considerate. They cleaned the work site and made sure we were fully satisfied with the quality of their work.

A squirrel family made a nest in my attic. TSR Pest Control are the most professional and humane company I have seen.

They set up one way door, cameras and used science to evacuate, capture and reunite this squirrel family outside.

This required several visits as we waited for the babies to grow enough to survive.

Return from Vacation to a raccoon invasion on my property so I called TSR for inspection and they installed a exclusion device to check and fix the problem. They returned the next day to block raccoons’ access. Would gladly recommend them to my neighbours and friends.

We noticed a dead animal smell throughout the main floor of our home as soon as we returned from a week-long vacation. We called several companies my husband found through an online search and TSR gave us the most reasonable quotation and offered to visit our home in an hour. We accepted their quote and invited them over. Once in our house, TSR technicians performed a rodent inspection inside and outside the house. They identified a rat problem, pointed out the possible entry areas and areas within the house where rats spent most of their time. They also managed to find the dead rat behind the refrigerator. They pulled the rat out and sprayed the area with a disinfection solution. They installed exterior rat bait stations and traps inside the house. They explained how the process would work, gave us six months warranty on their work, and left the house. They also provided a quote  for permanently fixing the access points. We plan on inviting them back to perform the repairs in the next month or so. I think, they provided an excellent service.

They came on short notice. They cleaned the raccoon waste from the attic, fixed the hole and made sure there were no more animals.

A skunk family was living under our deck. TSR saved us from getting sprayed by skunks. They made a same-day visit to our home, removed the animals safely and humanely, and skunk-proofed our deck. It was clear from everything they did that they love their job and care about animals and their clients. I am very satisfied with what TSR did for us.

Raccoons entered through roof. They tore the shingles and damaged the wood planks underneath. The technicians removed the animals and patched the damage on the roof. Their work was very professional.
