Expert Plumbing & Drains

I had one plumber who after looking around my trailer wanted to see the floor drain, which my trailer doesn’t have. Just listening to him talk I asked him to leave as I knew he wasn’t going to be able to handle it. I phoned around looking for another & one guy told me that he was positive it was kitchen grease & my drain pipes would have to be replaced. Being a senior on a very limited pension, I finally called Expert Plumbing & Drains. The resort where I live has used them for many years. The man was very polite & professional. He had a look in the cramped spaces he had to work within & got to work. I watched tv & before I knew it he told me he was done! He was able to unclog the drain from over 30 yrs of built-up grease, (not all mine), with a special flail-type snake which reamed its way over, around & down, blasting through the clog. He also went where no one dares to go— under the trailer to check to make certain things were moving once again. The best part was the final bill which I was able to pay before he left. It was much less than I had expected. This will forever be my "go to" plumber.

I called Expert Plumbing and Drains as I had a question while we were unhooking our dishwasher for removal. Aaron answered the phone and provided the most incredible service I have ever received. He stayed on the phone with us for at least an hour and helped walk us through the process step by step. This kind of service is hard to come by these days. Thank you again Aaron, you were a true gentleman.

Adam and his team were great. Very punctual and a professional service was provided. Fair price and high quality. Will call them for sure in the future. It was headache free.

Our pipes were making a cracking noise when we used the hot water. Aaron and Marc also found a corroded pipe. Both issues were fixed. They were super responsive, quick to book an appointment, tidy, friendly and professional.

My sewer was blocked. Expert Plumbing arrived the next day. They clearly described their process and kept me informed as to their findings. Technician was friendly, and left the work area clean.

They got somebody here the same day to get rid of the clog. Tried with a plunger but that made things worse.
Young technician was polite and professional and solved the problem in no time. Second time using this company and would highly recommend.

A pipe has a leaky valve behind our wall in the basement. They responded to my request and showed up promptly.

I would highly recommend this company. The plumber was knowledgeable, explained what he would do then reviewed the work when completed. He was efficient and left the site clean and orderly and the fees charged were exactly as estimated prior to the work.

We replaced our old laundry tub with a new much wider one and were very pleased with the service received from quote to install! Mike was punctual, tidy and explained all that needed to be done. We were concerned with the lack of vent and having to break up the concrete floor but Mike provided easier solutions which was much appreciated! Would definitely hire again!

Had a wall removed and needed to have some plumbing re-reouted from the basement to the second floor.
I requested a quote using the homestars page and they responded the next day. Within a few days I had someone come to the house for a quote and the next week had a worker here to do the work. It was a fairly tricky job because of HVAC in the way but they quickly worked around it.
I asked for soldered to copper and crimp connections to pex and they did this with no troubles, even though it was in between floor joists in the ceiling close to HVAC and electrical.
I can not thank them enough for getting to our job so quickly. The worker kept a very clean work area and all COVID protocols were taken seriously.
I will call them for all of our plumbing jobs in the future
