He patiently explained everything to me and patiently answered all of my questions, no matter how I reached out to him, be phone, email or text. He also ensured the installation was done perfectly and ensured I was very happy with the final product, which I was.

Building Luxury Windows and Doors has been an awesome company to work with. The salesman Alex was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping us to make great decisions regarding our windows for government rebate. He checked personally several times and seems genuinely interested in our investment. Installation crew was also amazing, efficient thougbut they and professional. We've only had them a weekend but they look amazing and we are happy with the company.
