Capital Royal Renovations

We hired Capital Royal Renovation to remove an interior wall that was nolonger needed, replace the flooring and paint the walls in an office area before we moved in. All of the needed work was completed quickly and professionally. We had to move in a few days early. The crew from Capital Royal Renovation worked around us and even fixed some minor scuffs and bumps that came from our moving in. We are very happy with the work they did and plan to hire them again for the next renovation phase.

Andy and his crew of workers were very proficient in satisfying all my questions and work I wanted completed in my bathroom. I even wanted changes part way through my renos and it was no issue. I highly recommend this company

Andy and his team were very prompt and diligent in creatng my kitchen. The work was well co-ordinated between plumber, electrician and general contractor. They all took pride in their work and the result looks and functions very well. Thank you all.

The team arrived on time, pulled out the old one and cleaned up in a tidy fashion, all in one day. NEXT day they were hard at it, 6 days later, all done. New shower, tile floor, vanity, toilet all in and new paint.

Capital Royal Renovation, as a general contractor find and manage a team to redo all the roof structure according to the Engineer plan and requests. The structure of the roof was all damaged in a way that more of half the trusses, all the insulation, all the plywood and the slope had to be replaced (1000 sf). Thanks so much to Andy owner of the Capital Royal Renovations and the Foreman Esmail and his team for all your work well done with professionalism and all the attention requested that provide us with peace of mind.
