We are very satisfied with the care provided by Modify Air .The staff are professional and curtious.
They are knowledgeable and extremely experienced.The job was left very clean .
Explained to us the maintenance and informed us of how to properly use the system.Andy and Milad are very patient . Called them as we had an issue with the furnace. They turned up very promptly and fixed the problem. They explained everything very well and very fair with their price.

Modify Air quickly figured out that the AC was working fine but a miswiring with my Nest was causing my issues. They immediately resolved the issue.

Thank you very much Milad for doing the job on my dryer vent. Even though the vent was coming out on my roof you went out of the way to ensure that it was cleaned by going to the attic. You also put a lint trap above the dryer. This is indeed going above and beyond the normal course of work and is much appreciated.

Andy & Milad did an amazing Water Tankless Heater Installation job. We were very happy with the result. They are reliable, friendly and professional. They exceeded my expectation.

I had an issue with my Air Condition last year and it gave us a lot of problems and a lot of costs throughout the hot season. We used about 3 different company each promising to sort out our issue but we were just paying them and we still had issues. We eventually found Modify Air, they came over explained the issue offered us a solution as well as a comparison replacement cost but we decided to change the unit. They were professional, friendly and very reasonable with their pricing as we had a quotation from another company with the same brand and model no nearly 2 times more expensive. Overall I'm extremely happy with giving them a chance and they have certainly gained my trust and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
