Our shower stall was a mess.... We called a few grout cleaning companies; however, the service from Shower Restoration Of Toronto stood out from all the rest...from the minute we called it was obvious this company knew what they were doing. Tabytha clearly articulated the services offered and the pricing and they certainly exceeded expectations on the service. The rep who came to our house was professional and thorough with cleaning and restoring all areas of the shower. We felt like we had a newly renovated bathroom. We are grateful for their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Just got my shower restored by David of SRT and it looks brand new! David did a great job: he is punctual, professional and hard-working. His wife takes excellent care of the admin part of the business and communicates quickly with customers. I highly recommend SRT if you want to spruce up your old shower!

I contacted a number of companies for quotes. Everyone asked for photos. Of all the companies, maybe 5, Tabatha was the only one that really examined the photos. She identified areas that could be problematic and gave me a quote for the additional work should it be needed. She actually wrote, “from the photos it seems only the first two rows of tiles may have mould and rotted drywall behind the, we would clean the area, remove and replace the tiles after removing and replacing the drywall. “. I knew she was experienced and attentive. In addition she is efficient and very pleasant. Tabatha offered the longest warranty period.

David is very professional. He arrived exactly on time, he is very organized, he didn’t waste time. He worked hard and since I couldn’t be on site he photographed each stage of the work and sent me the photos so I could evaluate what he found and suggested. He found black mouldy drywall. He asked if I wanted it replaced. I answered though I had only just met him I was convinced he would do the right thing. He said if it was his home he would replace the drywall. I said he could go ahead and do whatever he felt was needed. When I saw the photos I was appalled at the state of the wall. David sent photos of the new drywall. When I got back about 6 hours later the bathroom tub area looked brand new!!! Just like the day it was installed. I have full confidence in Toronto Shower and Restoration. The restoration was for a rental property, I’d hire them again in a flash for any home.

David was punctual, professional and friendly. He did a great job restoring the shower so it looks like new. He also deep cleaned the bathroom floor tiles. I would highly recommend the company.

Our ensuite shower stall had grout mildew that was beyond any cleaning I could do myself, so I contacted Shower Restoration of Toronto and Tabitha was very polite and helpful on the phone. David came to see the issues and was on time for that visit, and right on time for the day of the work. We asked him to remove a stain in our granite tile on the main floor, and to "clean" our shower stall. He thoroughly removed old silicone and grout, and cleaned it all with adding a great protectant afterwards. Even the glass door sparkles! A man of his word - and a great job!

David was a pleasure to work with, prompt and worked to budget. Had three showers to refurbish and now they look like new. Since we wanted the work done as soon as possible he even scheduled to do it on the weekend which was going above and beyond. He also went through maintaining the work so it lasts. Overall excellent job.

David from Shower Restoration of Toronto did an amazing job at restoring the badly marked tiles in my shower. Apparently this was caused from using the wrong cleaning products. Not only did he make the shower look new again, he also educated me on the correct way to clean the tiles.
After speaking to several other companies he was the only one that followed up.
He is honest and reliable and I highly recommend his service.
