Poor skill and rude attitude

The workers came very late after I made several calls. He just started work for a while then disappeared. They came back when it was almost dark. They did their work in a rush with very poor quality. Since it's dark I didn't notice it and paid them. But when I call them back next morning, their attitude is very rude. It's a very upset experience!
