We are very pleased with the meticulous work done by Nayab for our hardwood floor install and stairs refinish project. Nayab is a very polite person, cleaned up after his workplace every single day (even when he has to work on same area for multiple days). He explained us the material choices available, He is well planned, communicated on his availability schedule and finished the job in time.

Our stairs renovation experience Iwith Nayab was excellent!
The project involved removing the carpet, staining the steps to match the existing floors and changing the spindles.
He was very professional and detailed oriented. He showed up on time every day and delivered quality work. He made sure to clean debris at the end of the day and worked tirelessly to deliver within the deadline. We are thrilled with the results. I would hire him again and recommend his work to friends and family.

We hired Nayab after reading the excellent reviews about his work on homestars website.
He has a very responsible and dedicated approach towards his job and gives excellent results. Only thing to be careful is to keep on checking and following up with him for the final touches. You cannot leave it on him, he would try to cut corners. That was the only challenge I had to face dealing with him. If you keep a check then you’ll get good results.

One thing I must mention is about his honesty. On final payment I erroneously paid him an extra $1000- He called me back in 5 minutes and pointed my mistake and returned the excess amount.

Initially we just planned to have wooden stairs done. After seeing the quality of his work we also got the hardwood done in the hallway as well.

We are very happy with his work and thank him for the great job he did.

Hired Nayab to recap my stairs which were old and worn out. From initial contact to job complete was four days. He showed up initially to discuss the project, inspect the stairs and show us the replacements. Was back in two days with all the supplies and spent the day cutting and installing the new treads and risers. Before, during and after pics below. He was very polite and courteous, cleaned up everything - you wouldn't have known he'd been there - and once the new caps and risers were in he touched up all the cracks and gaps and repainted. The new stairs are exactly what we wanted and they look great. We have another set of stairs to the basement and I will definitely be calling on Nayab for that job.

Nayab Flooring was hired to fix my son’s stairs in his condo. The stairs were previously covered with carpet. Once the carpet was removed we discovered the stairs was not wood but cement stairs. I cannot believe how Nayab Flooring transformed the stairs with oak wood stained to match the floor. I was amazed at the work and the beauty of the new stairs. My son is very happy with the work and how the work was carried out with minimum dust and debris. Nayab Flooring, what a great talent you have and thank you so much for a great job. Great Job Nayyab Floorings. Your approach to the details are really impressive and worth every penny. Solid Wood floors and engineering wood floor in the basement was done nicely. Excellent work at the stairs.
