It is excellent experience to ask service from A ONE Roofing, the salesman is very patient, answered all our questions and gave good suggestions. All workers are very professional, did a very quick and nice job. When they were leaving, all area around my house is as clean as they were coming. The price is very competitive, and warranty is much longer than others. If you need change your roof, plan to hire a good quality and low-cost company, just give A ONE Roofing a call….

I found A-One Roofing through HomeStars. They responded to my request for roof leak repair. They were prompt and after inspection gave me clear options with pricing. They were able to arrange an appointment the same week and fixed the leak in a couple of hours. They provided photos of the work done on the roof and cleaned up around the work site. I'm very satisfied with the repair and the customer service. The cost was reasonable considering that the skylight was reinstalled with new waterproofing. I would recommend this company to others.

As the ice/snow on our roof melted during a recent thaw, the eavestrough over our front door was leaking onto our front stoop, ultimately freezing on our front walk during the colder evenings and, thus, creating an unwelcoming hazardous path to our house.
A One Roofing came by immediately following my call and did what they deemed necessary to fix the problem. They immediately returned the following day when I reported that there was still some leakage and they dealt with that issue perfectly and amicably.
No more snow or ice on my roof, so no way at present to see if the problem has been totally solved. BUT so far I have reason to believe that A One is a trustworthy company who’ll do what’s necessary if the eavestrough continues to leak anytime in the future.

I hired A One Roofing to fix a water leak in my laundry room. They sent someone to assess the leak, which I showed them personally and made a plan for addressing it which included flashing and cocking on the roof above. Unfortunately, the leak persisted after the work was done. I called back and another roofer came and applied a bit more cocking to other places but again no improvement on the leak. I called a third time and another roofer came, who said he had now found the real source of the leak this time but it will cost an additional $800 to fix. They didn't budge on this price and I did not agree to it so no further work has been done and the leak persists, so I will need to find another company to do the job properly.

In summary, this company charged me $400 to place flashing and cocking that did nothing to improve the leak I had hired them for. They then tried to charge me triple the original price agreed on when it was clear their work was not effective.

Ken, James and the crew did a great job at enhancing the look of my home in my neighborhood. They replaced all roof shingles and cleaned up all the debri after. Started by 8:30 am and finshed by 3:30 pm. Thanks!
