I'll start with the good stuff. Frank was the ONLY contractor who got in touch with me who told me we had a fire code issue and needed to use metal siding rather than vinyl. After chatting with some architect friends I found he was being honest. I confronted some other contractors about it and they all admitted it was true after they had already provided quotes for vinyl siding (which would have been illegal!). Frank is a stand up honest guy who know what he is talking about. I felt it was well worth the slight uptick in cost between his quote and others for the honesty alone. He also worked with me to use a new insulation product he wasn't familiar with just so I'd be totally confident in the work.

Now, my review would have been perfect but his guys busted up a couple of my plants and somehow managed to drive a nail through my fibre cable cutting my internet which was a total fluke in a way, but also a bit careless. He also took quite a long time to get the job started and get it finished.

That said, I'd still recommend him because of the quality of work and his knowledge and honesty.

My wife and I had our siding changed by Frank and his amazing crew . They are very kind , respectful and hard working . The work done was very neat and up to standard , I highly recommend this team .

We posted request for quotes on Homestars & Frank was quick to respond. When he arrived he provided us with a very fairly priced quote for the work we were having done (soffits, down spouts, eaves and a garage facing. He also helped us put in pot lights. He walked us through the process and expected timelines. Everything went along to his timeline.

My husband and I are very pleased with our finished product. Frank and his crew are honest and hardworking.

We are now considering having our siding replaced by Frank in the next year.

The wood siding at the back of my home was rotting so I contacted Frank. He was always available, came quickly and did an amazing job at a very fair price. I was so pleased with the work I have asked him to replace the siding on my outdoor shed. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
