We used Northshore for the first time this week...they did not disappoint. Every positive review is the truth, and I'm adding my name to the list of totally satisfied customers. It took the guys no time at all to remove our spruce tree and they will be returning for the stump grinding in a few weeks. They are terrific, they care about their work, and it shows. Two years ago we used Northshore to cut down several trees - when i needed additional services there was no question about who we would call. Johnny responded quickly with a quote and very valuable advice. Again, we are very pleased with the service provided! From start to finish, they were prompt, professional and knowledgeable.... and have lifetime customers in us. They removed all debris and left the site cleaner than when they arrived.

Apart from a few low hanging branches, our 65’ tall shade tree had never seen the trimming and care it desperately needed if it was going to enjoy a longer, healthier life.
When we called to request a quote, Johnny came in a timely fashion and provided one that was both reasonable and competitive.
The crew arrived as scheduled, worked smart, safely and professionally.
They did a great job on trimming our tree, protecting our property and cleaning up after all was said and done. Whether tree maintenance or clearing, we would feel confident calling Northshore again.

We reached out to several companies to grind a few stumps on our property and Northshore Tree was the easiest to work with. Several companies asked for photos ahead of the visit which is reasonable, agreed to the job, and then visited only to determine that they could not do the job due to physical constraints of the house.

Jessica was a pleasure to work with and made scheduling very easy. They were able to answer all our questions with patience, understanding, and sufficient detail (we know nothing about removing stumps). The initial estimate was reasonable and the final invoice was exactly what was quoted to us. Johnny and his team did a very good job with removing the stumps and filling in the hole back afterwards. Highly recommended!

Johnny and his team were fantastic to work with! He was responsive to emails, fit us in to an opening he had available earlier than originally scheduled, was patient and knowledgeable when I asked him 1 million questions, and took time to double check what equipment we were ok with him using. Plus gave us the cutest little hand written thank you note (thanks Jess!). What a great family owned business to support!
