The quality, efficiency and overall beauty of their work could not be surpassed by any other company. Not only were we astonished with their work, but many neighbours have stopped by and complimented our home. Furthermore, many have even asked for the company’s number and are planning to get theirs done with them as well! Working with them was not only easy but enjoyable. All the staff, sales person and the owner of the company were beyond friendly and put all their effort in to make sure we were 110% satisfied with the results. We signed a contract in July 2020 for our front porch to be redone and provided a deposit. We were told that the job would likely get completed by October 2020. By mid-October we were told that due to COVID and being behind schedule we were no longer on their list for 2020 and would be moved to spring 2021. In spring 2021 I contacted the company to get an update on the job (assuming we would be close to the top of the list) and we kept getting pushed back. I called a couple more times asking for an update and kept being told that there were delays and issues due to weather and COVID. I called once more in May and was told that our job would not completed and our deposit would be returned. We are very disappointed in the service we received - we always had to contact them for updates and now...almost a year later have cancelled our job completely. I also had to chase them down to get the deposit returned. Would not recommend this company due to their poor customer service. Our porch is in need of repair and it will be difficult to find another company to do it this far into the season.

Excellent crew and sales person, I had 5 quotes from different local companies but BestWay Concrete gave me the best quote and finished work on timely basis. I am fully satisfied and looking forward to call them back on my next project.

Bestway Concrete has delivered as promised. We’ve chosen exposed aggregate with stamped charcoal colour borders all around our house. Fernandos’s team is hard working, experienced & efficient. The team was also accommodating with some last minute changes we requested. We are very happy with the project they did and so will you.

Bestway rescued us from the contractor who took our money and ran (Lion Interlocking Services). It was a pleasure working with Qasim. Fernando and his team did an excellent job and also went above and beyond expectations. They even fixed our broke fence gate. Will absolutely recommend and will re-hire if needed. Thank you for the excellent service and finishing the job before winter.

Excellent job done by Fernando. Even my concrete got damaged due to rain while installation but Fernando tear it down and install the new one . I highly recommend him for concrete job.
