I am very pleased with the excellent service I received from 911 Appliance Repair Services. We just finished a major kitchen renovation and I had them install a brand new hood fan and hook up my gas oven. They were very professional, arrived on time and took great care in my house so as not to scratch or dirty any new surfaces such as my new counters and floors. The installation was completed within the quoted time and I am very pleased with how beautiful it looks. They took the time to walk me through how the fan works and cleaned up everything perfectly. Pricing was honest and fair. I'd definitely highly recommend the services of this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

I called 911 Appliance Repair Services after trying to watch videos to fix my dishwasher on my own. I just couldn't do it so I searched online for a good handy person. I read the reviews on 911 Appliance Repair/Homestars and found Evgeny. I called his number and he answered right away and asked me to show him photos of product etc. and talked me through diagnosing the situation. Then we set up a time the next day for him to come and fix the dishwasher. He put on shoe covering and had a mask and I felt very comfortable with him in my kitchen working. He fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up the area afterwards. The work was affordable and he saved me buying a new machine! I highly recommend Evgeny. You won't be sorry you called him. AND he is ok if you have questions afterwards if anything sounds off etc. You can call him and he will listen to the product and tell you what may be happening. Best repair call I've ever had. 10/10 and beyond.

Our washer stopped working and we had to order a new one. It was very difficult to find someone to install the new machines as a result of Covid. Eugene was fantastic and was in cox start communication until the machines were delivered. He showed up when he said he would and completed the work quickly, neatly and efficiently. He took all the proper precautions and was a please to have in our home. I would highly reccomend giving him a call for your next appliance repair or installation required.
